New version of TFboost 14/11-99

progs.dat replacement for TF2.8
- adds options to disable muzzleflash(general) & damageflash(individual)
NB:It must run on the server, for the changes to have effect!

    player.mdl replacement for TF - it has no deathframes, so performance should improve
