Bots with Rocketarena support

 Download ObotArena to play around with some very skilled bots on some maps from 'TheMod'
- It's great fun, extremely good performance on 68060 processors
- might even be playable on 68040/40 MHz!!!

    ObotArena consists of the Omicronbot1.2 by 'Mr Elusive' and some files
    from the original RocketArena patch by David 'crt' Wright.
    I have not changed a single line of code.
    The only thing I can take credit for is the maps docra1 & docra4 + some
    mdl's, which I added with the purpose of speeding up rendering.


    If ObotArena isn't tough enough (or fast enough): download FbotArena
    It's an optimized version of EraZoR's RocketArena frogbot mod.
    Around 50% faster during combat than the non optimized version.

    Erazor released a new version 29/6, so here is an update:

     Please note that prior to 16/7-99 FbotArena_B had an invalid alias for impulse 76 (the kick impulse). It has been fixed now (wkick) - If you downloaded FbotArena_B before it was fixed, you should edit alias.cfg and change the line "alias kick impulse 76" to "alias wkick impulse 76". Now, in order to toggle weaponkick, simply type wkick.

     Using your Amiga68060 for playing quake against bots?

    My optimized version of Robert Fields frogbot (supposedly the best bot available) can be leeched from Aminet.
    - Good performance on 68060.
    Around 20% faster than original version

    FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO BOTS:
    You MUST add the -listen parameter to your quake startup!!
    otherwise it will not work - you see, a bot simulates a client!
